In the evenings and for Saturday naps Jack always told his little daughter Jo a story which he himself would weave. Every time it was a new story about a small creature roger. The basic structure of the story always remained the same and the Jack made little variations to make a new tale. This time Jo demanded from her father that he should tell her story about a small animal called skunk. So Jack narrated the story of ‘ Roger skunk’. The little roger skunk smelt very bad. No other animals in the votes would play with him because of his smell. They teased him and called him ” stinky skunk “. Rojgar was always unhappy and felt hurt lonely and humiliated. Jo felt bad about skunk and felt his pain of being ignored and insulted. That expression on her face showed her pain and restlessness first of Jack felt happy that his story had a roast concerned and curiosity in his daughter.

   Jack continue the story. Roga skunk approached the wise old owl told him about his problem and started crying. The wise owl suggested roger to meet the wizard. Roger skunk went to the wizard and ask for his help in getting rid of the bad smell. The wizard chanted some lines . All of a sudden, the stinky skunk smelled like roses. Roger was obviously very happy. The wizard asked for seven pennies but the letter skunk had only four pennies in his pocket. The remaining three penis he got from the end of the lane by magic. Now all the animals were ready to play with roga shank and he was no longer unhappy. When rogee returned home his mother found this strange. She felt offended first or she wanted him to get his original smell back. So she took him straight to the wizard. She hit the wizard on his head and told him to give roger’ s old smell back to him. The wizard did so and roger skunk started smelling his original self. His mother hugged the baby e skunk and was happy that his melt like her son whom she loved very much. Thus, Jack and the story. Jo was upset and didn’t like the way her father and the story. She was furious and calls Roger’s mommy are ” stupid mommy “. She wants that her father should and the story where the wizard hits roger’ s mummy with his magic wand and refused to comply with her order. Jack refuses and puts his daughter to sleep and goes down to help his wife in painting the furniture. He feels tired after his prolonged attempt in putting the baby to sleep. He feels fed up with the the drudgery of family responsibilities.
