This could be about things like public services or any concerns you have about your district.

Another type is a letter to the Editor. This is when you want to share your thoughts or raise awareness about a specific issue. It’s like writing a letter to a newspaper or magazine to tell them what you think about something happening in the world.

Then there’s a letter to the Manager. You’d write this if you have a problem or need help from the manager of a company or organization. It could be a complaint, a job application, or anything related to their role.

Lastly, there’s a letter to the Director. This is when you want to talk to the big boss of a company or organization. You might write this type of letter to ask questions, make business proposals, or get permission for something. ‘

Professional Letter Writing

It is very useful for anyone who is taking the general IELTS Test, so if you are taking not academic but general, this is an important writing section.

Formal English we use with strangers. We use with our boss in the workplace.

We use it in these different ways, so it’s the English you really Have to think about whereas informal is kind of the relaxed English.

So sometimes you will have to write a letter formally maybe to your boss or your company other times maybe holiday, informal English, we use contraction. It is very important to know this because informal writing you don’t use contractions no items

and in form of writing without use Freiberg, we usually use longer words that mean the same thing. Also we don’t use imperatives. There are too strong. We like to use more polite sentences and informal writing is usually a lot longer than informal writing. It’s not simple sentences, it’s long complex sentences and you often see words like may good word instead of want can okay so and also in informal writing, you can use the word a lot. I have a lot of friends and in informal writing, the better thing to use is much many.
