Diwali is also known as Deepavali Diwali has significant religious and spiritual importance it brings harmony unity togetherness and brotherhood among the people.


People forget their disputes and remove all negativeness from their hearts to bring joy and happiness to the festival people offer prayers to Lord Ganesha on Diwali who is symbolized by removing obstacles and seeking blessings for starting new businesses and ceremonies.


Diwali is a five-day festival the third day is the main day of Diwali on this date or Rama return to Ayodhya after 14 years of exile.

 

Diwali is celebrated in all parts of India. On Diwali, people wear new clothes and exchange gifts and sweets. 


People buy utensils gold and do shopping before Diwali To celebrate Diwali people start preparation by cleaning whitewashing and decorating their houses.


Diwali is a festival for removing all the clutter from their houses as well as from their hearts people visit their friends and relatives, therefore, people distribute sweets and gifts on a large scale on Diwali.


People make beautiful rangoli made with flowers and colored powder to welcome the goddess Lakshmi.


 Diwali marks the victory of Good all over evil and the return of lord Rama to his kingdom people celebrate this festival in all religions in India it is a time to spread love joy and happiness among friends and family.
